Khon Kaen International Airport

I have visited Khon Kaen several times, including when the terminal was closed for construction. Two years later, it still was not quite finished. Walking from the apron to the terminal on arrival was manageable, but on departure we had to take the escalator down and walk out to the plane, which was less convenient. I do not understand why the boarding bridges have not been finished. Other facilities are fairly convenient, including the car park and several car rental companies. As of March 2023, an ID card was no longer required to scan into the terminal.
